Do my guests need an account?
No. They receive normal calendar invitations and can accept or decline from any email or calendar app. Sharing availability takes one email reply or a short form.
Which calendars does it work with?
You sign in with Google or Microsoft and can add your series to Google Calendar or Outlook. Guests can use any calendar that accepts standard invitations, including Outlook, Gmail and Apple Calendar.
How do guests share their availability?
Three ways: reply to the request email in their own words, fill in a short web form, or connect their Google or Microsoft calendar so only their busy times are shared.
Where is my data kept?
Rendezvous runs in Europe. Shared calendars are read as busy/free intervals only, never titles or attendees, and guests can remove that data at any time. AI is only used when you write plain-language rules, and it runs in the EU.
Can I change a meeting after invitations are sent?
Yes. Reschedule or cancel any meeting, and guests automatically receive an updated invitation or a cancellation that their calendar applies.
